Starting the backup 8 Click Run/Backup (or the corresponding icon).
The following window appears:
8 Enter an identifying name for the backup file in the line File name, e.g. Machine HUGO PLC data.
8 Start the data transfer with Save.
The following window appears:
8 When the backup is finished, this window is closed.
8 You can now close the TNCbackup window.
8 Check on your laptop, whether there are two files with the extensions *.BCK and *.LST.
8 Separate the connection.
8 Close the TNCremoNT window.
The backup is only complete and can be restored at a later date, if these two files are available:
*.BCK: Backup file with the files in compressed form
*.LST: Reference list containing the directories and the files
