Switch off the machine, take precautions against
resetting and ensure that it is free of potential.
Open the housing side of the PSL 135.
Danger: There could still be residual voltage in the
power supply unit; do not touch any components!
Finding faults in PSL 135
The machine is on.
Carefully measure whether there are 400 V~ +/-10%
between L1 and L2 of the connector X31.
The PSL 135 is defective and must be replaced.
Yes
No
400 V~ available?
Yes
If connected: Carefully measure whether a dc-link
voltage is present at the connector X31.
(The voltage depends on the inverter system.)
Uz available?
Yes
Shut down the control.
Check the fuses.
Fuses OK?
No
No
Restore the 400 V supply.
Restore the Uz supply
(e.g. by replacing the fuses
on the protective PCB).
Exchange the fuses as
described in this chapter.
Label the wires for the low voltages
before you disconnect them.
Disconnect the connector X31 and the
bus cable X69 and dismount the PSL 135.
