Yes
The defect is probably located in the PWM interface of the CC 424(B).
Unscrew the cover plate from the inverter system.
Label the PWM ribbon cables for the axes concerned and interchange
them on the CC 424(B) (in the example: X51 and X52).
Caution: Connect plug-type connector with care! Do not bend the pins!
Screw the cover plate to the inverter system.
Caution: Do not damage the ribbon cable!
Switch on the main switch of the machine.
Do not confirm the Power interrupted message but immediately call
the MP list. Interchange the input values in MP 120.x of the axes
concerned (in the example: MP 120.0: 52 and MP 120.1: 51).
Label the cables of the motor encoder and connect them to
the CC 424 such that they match the PWM outputs
(in the example: connector X15 and X16).
See assignment in the introduction!
Before interchanging the PWM outputs, deactivate the
evaluation of the electronic ID labels.
Enter the value 1 for every bit in MP 7690.
Shut down the control and switch off the main switch of the machine.
Switch on the machine and traverse the axes.
Set MP 7690 (evaluation of the electronic ID labels)
to the original value.
Interchanging the PWM outputs of the CC 424(B)
Does the error pattern
move to the other axis?
(In the example: from
X to Y)
The defect is probably
located in the drive
system (power module,
motor, cables, etc.).
