  If the display temperature doesn't match the actual chamber temperature, it could be due to a couple of reasons: * The display temperature may need to be calibrated. Follow the temperature calibration procedure. * The probe bottle might be empty, or the probe is not properly inserted in the bottle or ballast. Check the level of the product simulation solution in the bottle and verify the probe is fully inserted.

  If the magnetic door lock (Magnetic Access Control Option) isn't working, there are a couple of potential causes: * The magnetic door lock might not be aligned with the strike plate. Align the lock/door to match the strike plate. * The magnetic lock may not be receiving power. Trace the voltage to the lock using the schematic, and replace the lock if needed.
