What to do if Hendi 263501 heating plates are not heating?

If the heating plates on your Hendi Grill aren't heating, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check if the Hi-limiter has been triggered; if so, the orange indicator light will be off. You can reset it using the reset rod on the bottom of the appliance, without needing to open it. If the orange heating indicator is not illuminated, it may indicate a defective thermostat or a burned-out heating element. In either of these cases, contact your supplier for repair.
