What to do if my HEPA 9079H Air Cleaner shuts off unexpectedly?
If your HEPA Air Cleaner shuts off unexpectedly, it may be due to the activation of safety features. Ensure the air purifier is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Also, check that the HEPA filter is firmly seated in place and that the air inlet covers are latched firmly.

Position unit at least 3 feet from walls/furniture for proper airflow. Ensure grilles are not blocked.
Plug the power cord into a 120V AC outlet.
Always lift the air purifier by its handle.
Turn on unit with On/Off button. Default mode is High; press Mode button to switch to Low.
Set operation time from 1 to 8 hours. Pressing Timer button again after 8H enables continuous running.
Reset indicator after HEPA filter replacement by pressing HEPA Filter Reset Button.
Activate/deactivate UV germicidal lamp using the UV Lamp Button or On/Off Button.
Start or stop negative ionizer with the On/Off Button.
Activate ozone output from Ozone Outlet by pressing the Ozonizer Button.
Remove air inlet covers by pressing spring buttons. Clean pre-filters with vacuum brush and damp cloth.
Remove HEPA filter after air inlet covers are off. Replace with new filter, carbon filter facing inside.
Drill holes, fix screws, and attach unit's rear hooks to mount on wall. Unit bottom must be 6 feet high.
Check unit weekly. Clean pre-filters weekly. Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth.
Check power outlet, filter seating, and air inlet covers if unit shuts off unexpectedly.
