Why is my Heston Blumenthal Everdure HUB Grill rotisserie system not working?

If the rotisserie system on your Heston Blumenthal Grill isn't working, start by checking that the LED at the rotisserie switch lights up when pressed, and that the power cord is properly connected and turned on. Ensure there are no power outages or tripped circuit breakers, and that the retractable power cord hasn't been pulled out too far. Also, check that the rotisserie rod is correctly seated in the motor. Remove the rod and check if the motor socket is rotating, then place the rod back in, ensuring the handle end is correctly allocated in the slot of the left-hand pole. If the rotisserie is overloaded, check if the rod rotates without food, and then with food. If it doesn't rotate with food, remove some of the food and try again.
