12.4 Road Stakeout
User can do road stakeout according to specific chain number and offset.
Before doing stakingout, user must define horizontal curve. If need calculating
elevation, user must define vertical curve either.
The rules of stakeout data are defined as shown below:
Offset left: the horizontal distance between left pile and center line; Right: the
horizontal distance between right pile and center line.
Elevation left(right): the vertical distance between lefit(right) pile and center line.
