Can not inse adapter into
the machine.

Brew a cup of hot water into cold cup before brewing coee.

The machine has been brewed coee without adapter
in place, so the brewing head came down .
1) High residual pressure remained after brewing.
2) Compatible capsule used.
1) Ieave the machine for a while to discharge the residual pressure.
2) Changed to Nespresso/Dolce gusto capsule.
3) When the machine is cold down, lift up the handle with enough
force ( higher than usual).
Water go back to water tank. Water is not eough.
1) Fill water tank to full.
2) Make sure water tank seated correctly.
Water/little coee in machine. The machine was tested in facto. It's Not used machine, it's brand new.
May have smell because it's new machine( as new car). Run the adapter with water only and after a few weeks the smell will go.
The capsule/coee adapter is not in place.
The bottom drip tray is lled with water.
The water tank is leaking.
The coee maker is cold.
Lime buildup.
Empty the drip tray.
Check and attach the adapter correctly.
1) Inse adapter (ground ) or Kcup into the machine, then close
the handle slowly.
2) Don't brew water without adapter in place.

Before using for the first time or after long pauses (e.g. holidays) the machine may be difficult to pump
water, this short procedure can help pump to self priming by using the pipe to fill water into the circuit
manually prior to turn on the machine for first refill

so that the internal circuit
is filled with water.
After above Steps, the machine will be able to pump water out normally.
* If necessary, repeat the for 2 or 3 times.
