Overview

The 7D Polylift, utilizing MMFU technology, is a non-invasive aesthetic device designed for skin firming, lifting, and contouring through non-surgical treatments. Its primary function is to deliver high-energy focused ultrasound, generated by patented HFI and MMFU technology, to various layers of the skin. This process aims to stimulate collagen proliferation and tissue tightening, resulting in a rejuvenated and firmer appearance.

Function Description

The core function of the 7D Polylift is to induce a thermal coagulation effect within the skin and muscle membrane layers. By rapidly heating skin tissue to approximately 65°C, it creates net-like condensation points. This stimulation is intended to promote the shrinkage and firmness of fiber and collagen tissue, leading to regeneration and repair, and ultimately achieving a layer-by-layer lifting and firming effect.

The device offers different treatment depths, each targeting specific skin concerns:

  • L7-1.5mm (7MHz 1.5mm): This setting is designed for direct targeting of the superficial dermis. Its purpose is to stimulate and reorganize collagen, aiming to eliminate wrinkles, regenerate the superficial dermis, smooth pores, and whiten the skin.
  • L7-2.0mm (7MHz 2.0mm): Effective for addressing various types of wrinkles, including pregnancy lines, eye bags, forehead lines, and wrinkles around the eyes. This setting aims to immediately reduce the appearance of these lines, slow down skin aging, and smooth signs of aging.
  • L7-3.0mm (7MHz 3.0mm): Targets the deep dermis to induce and stimulate collagen proliferation in the deeper layers, promoting elasticity from the muscle's base.
  • L4-4.5mm (4MHz 4.5mm): Utilizes dot matrix technology to focus energy into the SMAS layer. This is intended to exert a lifting power, effectively stimulate collagen proliferation, and promote skin rejuvenation from within.

Usage Features

Operating the 7D Polylift requires careful adherence to the provided instructions to ensure both efficacy and safety. Before use, it is crucial to ensure that the equipment is operated only by trained and certified personnel to prevent unauthorized use and potential injury.

Preparation and Operation Steps:

  1. Probe Disinfection: Before each use, the probe must be disinfected with alcohol, and any water droplets on the face should be wiped off.
  2. Gel Application: An appropriate amount of photosensitive gel should be applied evenly to the treatment area.
  3. Treatment Head Selection: The required treatment head must be replaced before operation.
  4. Energy Adjustment: The energy range should be adjusted from low to high, finding a level that the client can comfortably bear.
  5. Probe Placement: During operation, the treatment head must be kept flat against the skin, with the operation spacing closely arranged.
  6. Client Comfort Monitoring: Continuously inquire about the client's comfort level and adjust the energy as needed to ensure a pleasant experience.
  7. Targeted Treatment: Focus on strengthening treatment in problem areas by increasing energy as appropriate.

Interface and Settings:

The device features a main interface that displays crucial information and allows for various adjustments:

  • Usage Tracking: Shows current used times and remaining times for the handle head.
  • Handle Head Information: Displays details about the attached handle head.
  • Depth and Wavelength Display: Provides visual information on the depth of the handle head, wavelength, and spacing (display only).
  • Condensation Point Distance: Allows setting the distance between condensation points.
  • Energy Length: Adjustable from 5mm to 25mm, with a minimum adjustment interval of 5mm.
  • Parameter Saving: M1 and M2 buttons allow saving preferred parameters by long-pressing for 3 seconds.
  • Energy Regulation: Controls the energy output.
  • Transmission Mode: "Repeat" indicates continuous transmission mode, while "Single" is for single transmission.
  • Settings: Accesses additional device settings.
  • Shot Count Information: Provides details on the number of shots.
  • System Status: Displays "standby" or "start."
  • Transmission Limit: Allows setting a limit for the number of transmissions, accompanied by buzzer prompts.
  • Total Used Times: Shows the cumulative number of times the device has been used.

Starting and Stopping Treatment:

To start, press the "start" button on the interface, then press the handle button. Once the probe is close to the skin, treatment can begin. To stop, press the handle button again, then press the "stop" button on the interface. The mode can be switched by pressing the designated button. A crucial note: the device will only operate if the current usage value is less than the set limit. If the current usage equals the limit, the probe times are exhausted, and the instrument will beep and cease to function.

Safety Precautions:

  • Probe and Power Cord Check: Always check the probe, hand tools, and power cord for damage or liquid leaks before use to avoid electric shock.
  • No Unauthorized Modification: Do not remove the cover or hand tools of the host, as modification of the device is not permitted.
  • Physical Impact Avoidance: Avoid leaning on the device or subjecting it to physical external shocks, which could cause permanent system damage.
  • Environmental Safety: Do not use the equipment in areas with anesthetic gas or flammable materials.
  • Patient Considerations: Avoid operating near the patient's eyes, thyroid, thyroid cartilage, trachea, breast tissue, and main blood vessels.
  • Gel Application: Always apply an appropriate amount of ultrasound gel to the care area before outputting energy.
  • Probe Attachment: Ensure the probe is correctly and completely attached to the skin before energy output.

Contraindications:

The device is contraindicated for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those with open wounds or injuries in the nursing area, severe or cystic acne, metal stents/electrical implants, bioabsorbable mechanical implants, any type of skin infection, or bleeding disorders/dysfunction. Patients with conditions such as anticoagulation therapy, autoimmune diseases, skin cancer, herpes simplex, diabetes, epilepsy, severe skin diseases, exfoliation surgery, heart disease, allergies, hyperplastic scars, or hemostatic dysfunction should exercise caution and confirm the appropriateness of care.
