9.5 Export Diagnose Informaon
Diagnose informaon includes running log, system informaon, hardware informaon.
Go to Conguraon → System → Maintenance → Upgrade & Maintenance . Check desired
diagnose informaon and click Diagnose Informaon to export corresponding diagnose
informaon of the device.
9.6 Diagnosis
For the device that supports 4G network, diagnosis can help get the communicaon packet and
the device power and network informaon for future maintenance and troubleshoong.
9.6.1 Capture Device Packet
This funcon is reserved for the professionals and is used to get the communicaon packet
between the device and the external device for future problem diagnosis and debugging.
Steps

This funcon is reserved for the professionals and technical support sta.
1.
Go to Conguraon → System → Maintenance → Diagnose .
2.
Check Capture Device Packet to enable this
funcon.
3.
Set Capture Duraon according to your need.
4.
Select the packet saving path.
Note
a. The saving path opon is subject to the actual storage method of the device.
b. You can click Delete Captured Packet Under This Path to delete the saved packet le(s).
5.
Set NIC type, IP, and port.
6.
Oponal: You can select Auto Capture and the device packet will be captured when wakeup
happens.
7.
Click Save.
8.
Click Capture Packet Manually.
9.
Aer the capturing is completed, click Export Report to save the report.
9.6.2 Export Device Info.
Go to Conguraon → Network → Basic Sengs → Wireless Expert Sengs , you can click Export
Report to export device
informaon, such as voltage, current, power, 4G data.
