• There are four RS-485 interfaces, which are for
connecng ID card reader, IC card reader, QR
code scanner, ngerprint and card reader, card recycler, ngerprint reader, and face recognion
terminal. Take the wiring of RS-485 card reader as an example.
• When connecng the RS-485 interface with a card reader, the default entrance address is 1 and
the exit address is 4.
• If there are more than 1 RS-485 devices connected, the RS-485 ID cannot be
conicted.
4.5.6 RS-232 Wiring
Note
There are three RS-232 interfaces (UART4, UART7, and UART8). UART7 and UART8 can connect QR
code scanner, and card recycler, while UART4 can connect QR code scanner, card recycler, and face
recognion terminal.
