Visit the ocial site of our company. Then go to Support → Tools
→ Hikvision App Store .

If errors like "Unknown app" occur during the installaon, solve the
problem in two ways.

Visit hps://appstore.hikvision.com/stac/help/index.html to
refer to the
troubleshoong.

Visit
hps://appstore.hikvision.com/ , and click Installaon Help
at the upper right corner of the interface to refer to the
troubleshoong.
d. Start the applicaon and register a user account to log in.
e. Add device by the serial No. on the device body and the
vericaon
code.
Scan the QR code
on the interface to
add the device to
Hik-Connect
a. Get and install Hik-Connect applicaon according to the ways above.
b. Scan the QR code on the interface with the Hik-Connect applicaon,
and add the device to Hik-Connect.
Note
The vericaon informaon has been included in the QR code, so you
do not need to enter the vericaon code.

9.3 Set DDNS
You can use the Dynamic DNS (DDNS) for network access. The dynamic IP address of the device can
be mapped to a domain name
resoluon server to realize the network access via domain name.
