5. To check the internal alert, click Internal Alerts (DKC) or Internal
Alerts (GUM) from the View Internal Alerts list. Click an entry under
Alert ID.
6. When the Alert Detail window opens, check the alert information:
• SSB shows high-priority error information.
• SSBS shows low-priority error information.
