: When mulple indoor units are connected to the same CH-Box, they are controlled with the same operaon mode.
*2
: The indoor units connected to the same branch of the CH-Box are controlled with the same operaon mode.
*3
: The liquid pipe is not required to connect to the CH-Box.
*4
: In case that the number of connectable indoor unit exceeds four, the high/low pressure gas pipe, gas pipe and liquid
pipe need to increase one size respecvely.
3.2.2 Examples
Total Piping Length
Total length of all liquid pipes (sum)
Maximum Piping Length
Actual length of the liquid pipe from outdoor unit stop
valve or piping connecng kit to the terminal unit.
Example 2 f+h
Piping Length -
Actual length of liquid pipe out of consideraon of local
resistance, such as bent or elbow.
Equivalent Length -
This length is obtained by converng local resistance, such
as bent or elbow, to straight pipe length.
