• During the rst use you may notice an odd
smell or some smoke, this is perfectly normal
and disappears after a while.

• When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that
the surface on which the stand is placed is
stable.
• Whenever you want to leave the appliance for a
brief moment during use, place it in its resting
position over the base and on a stable surface.
• Never iron the clothes on your body or dress
clothes immediately after ironing, in order to
avoid severe burns.
• The released steam is very hot and can be
dangerous. Never direct the steam towards
persons or animals.
• As this appliance reaches high temperatures
during use, it is recommended not to touch its
soleplate, the water sprinkler’s or hot steam
shot to avoid burns, and do not approach
the appliance, while hot, from any ammable
