CORDLESS STEAM IRON

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cleaning
Always unplug the appliance from the wall socket and allow it to cool
down completely before any cleaning operation.
To clean the water tank (C) and the internal system of the appliance,
follow the instructions described in “Auto-cleaning function” section.
To clean the exterior surface of the appliance, unplug the base (A) form
the mains, allow the iron to to cool down completely, empty the water
tank (C) as previously described in “Emptying the water tank” section
and set the steam control button (F) to o position.
Clean the surface with a damp and soft cloth, drying it afterwards with
a soft and dry cloth.
If any residues of clothes are noticed at the soleplate (B), wipe it with
a damp cloth and vinegar.
If the steam vents at the soleplate (B) are clogged by limestone
residues, you can remove them with the help of a wood toothpick that
will not damage the soleplate surface.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
Storage
Wait until the appliance has cooled down completely and clean it.
Place the appliance in the vertical resting position in order to preserve
the soleplate (B).
Store the appliance in a dry and ventilated place, away from sources of
heat and direct sunlight.
