1. The Warrantor of this product grants a
24-month warranty valid from the date of purcha-
se. If any defect is found, a complaint about the
product should be lodged at the point of purcha-
se.
2. A defective/damaged product is a product
failing to provide the features described in the
user’s manual due to intrinsic properties of the
device.
3. The Beneciary under the warranty shall de-
liver the device to the Customer Service Point
at a given store in order to submit a complaint
about the equipment. When asserting your rights
under warranty, you need to present the proof of
purchase (receipt, invoice) together with a de-
scription of the device defect in as much detail as
possible, in particular of the external manifesta-
tions of the defect.
4. The warranty excludes products with physical
damage other than that caused by the manufac-
turer or distributor, including specically any
damage resulting from incorrect usage or force
majeure.
