DASHBOARD
Immobiliser
To provide additional security, your vehicle is tted with a vehicle immobiliser. The
engine will not start unless the correct key (correctly programmed) is used.
Note Any additional or replacement keys must be purchased from and programmed
by a Holden Dealer.
If the immobiliser system has developed a fault or an incorrectly programmed
key is used in an attempt to start the vehicle, the security warning indicator lamp
will illuminate.
Hazard warning
Press the switch located on the right-
hand side of the digital clock, to switch the
hazard warning asher on and off. The
hazard warning asher works regardless
of the ignition switch position.
When switched on, all turn signals
continuously ash.
Use the hazard warning asher to warn
other drivers any time your vehicle
becomes a trafc hazard.
Note The use of the hazard warning
ashers while the vehicle is moving may
be illegal in some States.
When opening a door the lamp in the
hazard warning asher button illuminates.
If the key is removed from the ignition
switch then a door is opened and closed
the lamp will illuminate for approximately
10 minutes.
