Head restraints
Warning
Do not drive the vehicle with the
head restraints removed, as it
increases the risk of a neck injury
in the event of an accident.
Do not attempt to adjust the
driver’s head restraint while the
vehicle is in motion. This could
cause a loss of control of the
vehicle.
The head restraint safety feature
is not intended to rest the head
upon. It is solely for the reduction
of whiplash neck movement in an
accident involving the vehicle.
The centre of the head restraint
should be at eye level, never at
neck level.
To adjust the height:
1. Push the button in.
2. Pull the head restraint up or push
the head restraint down.
Head restraints, see page 27.
