Introduction
General information
Do the following before driving:
• Read the infotainment system
section to become familiar with
the functions.
• Set up the audio by presetting
favourite stations, setting the
tone and adjusting the speaker
settings.
About the system
Warning
When driving the vehicle, be sure
to keep the volume of the unit set
low enough to hear sounds from
outside the vehicle (e.g. road and
trafc conditions).
Caution
Do not place beverages close to
the audio system.
Do not strike or allow anything to
impact the audio system.
Damage to the system
mechanisms could occur.
Theft-deterrent feature
The audio system is protected by a
security code.
Keep the identication card with the
security code in a safe place, not in
the vehicle.
The system activates immediately if
the audio is disconnected from the
battery.
