Antilock Brake System
(ABS) warning light
The u warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show that the light is working.
If the u warning light illuminates,
there is a problem in the ABS.
Note
The vehicle’s brake system remains
operational but without ABS
assistance. See Antilock Brake
System (ABS) on page 131.
Contact a Holden Dealer.
Power steering light
(Automatic transmission)
The m warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show that the light is working.
If the m warning light illuminates,
there is a problem with the power
steering.
If the light does not go out, contact a
Holden Dealer.
High beam light
The P indicator light illuminates
when headlamp high beam is on.

Fog lamp light
The > indicator light illuminates
when the fog lamps are on. See
Front fog lamps on page 66.
Door ajar light
The warning light illuminates when
any of the doors or the tailgate are
not completely closed.
Engine temperature
warning light
The W warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show that the light is working.
If the W warning light illuminates, the
engine coolant is excessively hot:
• Stop the vehicle as soon as it is
safe to do so.
• Let the engine idle for a few
minutes.
• If the W warning light does not
extinguish, switch the engine off
and contact a Holden Dealer.
