Warning
Failure to position the jack as
described could cause the
vehicle to slip off the jack.
Do not get under a vehicle that is
supported by a jack. No person
should place any portion of their
body under a vehicle that is
supported by a jack.
12. Attach the wheel wrench to
the jack.
10. Position the jack beneath the
jack location closest to the wheel
being changed.
The locations are identied by
half circles in the underside of
the door sill.
11. Wind the jack up by hand until it
engages with the jacking point.
Ensure the jack is not tilted and
the base is resting squarely on
the ground.
13. Rotate the wrench checking the
correct position of the jack, until
the wheel is clear of the ground.
14. Unscrew the wheel nuts and
place in a clean, dry place.
15. Exchange the wheel on the
vehicle with the spare wheel.
16. Clean the wheel nuts and thread
before replacing, then lightly
tighten with the wrench.
17. Lower the vehicle by reversing
the jacking procedure.
