Android Auto may not be compatible
with all Android devices.
iPhone:
There is no additional App required
to use Apple CarPlay.
Check on the manufacturer's
website whether Apple CarPlay is
available with your smartphone.
Note
Ensure SIRI is activated on your
iPhone.
Activating phone projection in
the settings menu
Once the applicable smartphone is
connected, CarPlay or Android Auto
will automatically operate. This can

is activated.
Connecting a mobile phone
Connect the smartphone to the USB
port with a genuine cable; USB port

When your device is rst connected,
the Device Projection Privacy
Consent message will be displayed.
• If you touch 'Continue', the
projection feature is activated.
• If you touch 'Disable', the device
will charge only.
Note
• If the application is recognised
by the infotainment system, the
Projection icon may change
to Android Auto or Apple
CarPlay.
• The phone projection screen
displayed depends on your
phone and software version.
