Use caution while changing lanes
when towing a trailer.
SBZA may alert to objects attached
to the vehicle, such as a trailer,
bicycle, or object extending out to
either side of the vehicle. This is
normal system operation.
SBZA may not always alert the
driver to vehicles in the side blind
zone, especially in wet conditions.
The system does not need to be
serviced.
The system may light up due to
guardrails, signs, trees, shrubs, and
other non-moving objects. This is
normal system operation.
SBZA may not operate when the
SBZA sensors in the left or right
corners of the rear bumper are
covered with mud, dirt, snow, ice, or
slush, or in heavy rainstorms.

If the DIC displays a system
unavailable message after cleaning
the rear corners of the vehicle,
contact a Holden Dealer.
If the SBZA displays do not light up
when vehicles are in the blind zone
and the system is clean, the system
may need service. Contact a Holden
Dealer.
When SBZA is disabled for any
reason other than the driver turning
it off, the Side Blind Zone Alert On
option will not be available on the
personalisation menu.

POISONING
Exhaust gases can produce
carbon monoxide, a dangerous
gas, which can cause
unconsciousness and even death
to both humans and animals.
Gases could be inhaled if the
exhaust system on your vehicle
is faulty.
To protect against exhaust gases
entering the vehicle, the exhaust
system and body should be
inspected:
Each time the vehicle is
serviced.
Whenever a change is noticed in
the sound of the exhaust system.
Whenever the exhaust system,
underbody or rear of the vehicle
is damaged.
