Airbag and belt
tensioners light
The v warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show the light is working.
If the v warning light does not
illuminate, does not extinguish after
a few seconds or illuminates while
driving, there is a problem with the
airbag or belt tensioner system.
Warning
Have any fault in the airbag or
belt tensioner system repaired
immediately by a Holden Dealer.

Charging system light
The p warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show the light is working.
If the p warning light illuminates
while the engine is running, there is
a problem with the charging system:
1. Stop and switch off the engine.
2. Contact a Holden Dealer.
Malfunction indicator
light
The Z warning light illuminates for a
short time when the ignition is turned
on to show the light is working.
If the Z warning light illuminates
while driving, there is a problem with
the emission monitoring system.
Contact a Holden Dealer.
Seat belt reminders
Illuminates in the instrument cluster:
X: Driver’s seat belt reminder
Illuminates in the centre panel:
: Front passenger’s seat belt
reminder (if occupied)
When the ignition is turned to the ON
position or the engine is running,
X or
C
ashes for a certain time
and then illuminates until the seat
belt is fastened.
If the vehicle reaches a specic
distance or speed and the seat belt
is unfastened, X or
C
will ash and
