Airbags
To check that the airbag system is working, the v light will ash seven
times when the ignition switch is turned ON.
If the light v illuminates while driving, it indicates that the airbag system
may not inate in an accident. Contact your Holden Dealer.
Seatbelt reminder

When the ignition switch is turned ON, the X light illuminates to remind
occupants to fasten their seatbelts.
Power drive (auto transmission)
The POWER DRIVE indicator light illuminates when the ignition switch
is turned to the ON position for 3 seconds, to check that the light is
working. The light illuminates when power drive is selected. Refer to
Transmission operation in chapter 4.
Check trans (auto transmission)
The CHECK TRANS warning light illuminates for 3 seconds after the
ignition switch is turned ON, to check that the light is working.
If the CHECK TRANS light illuminates, the computer controlling the
automatic transmission has found a problem. The vehicle can still
be driven when the CHECK TRANS light is illuminated, however
the computer will put the automatic transmission into ‘safety mode’.
Refer to Transmission operation in chapter 4. Ensure the automatic
transmission is checked by your Holden Dealer as soon as possible.
3rd start (auto transmission)
The 3rd STRT indicator light illuminates for 3 seconds after the ignition
switch is turned ON, to check that the light is working.
The 3rd STRT light illuminates when the engine is running with the
automatic transmission lever in D range, and the 3rd STRT button is
selected. For diesel, the 3rd STRT indicator light will not illuminate
unless the vehicle has stopped or is travelling at a speed below
11 km/h.
For HFV6, the light operates continuously regardless of vehicle speed.

Replace fuel lter indicator light (diesel only)
The diesel fuel lter indicator light illuminates when the diesel
fuel lter requires replacement, contact your Holden Dealer as soon
as possible.
