POWER STEERING FLUID
Power steering uid level
The level should be checked after the
vehicle has been driven for a while (at
least 20 minutes) so that the uid is
warm. A convenient time is when stopping
for petrol.
Ensure the ignition is switched off.
When the uid is cold the level should not
fall below the MIN mark on the reservoir.
When the vehicle has been driven for a
while and the uid is hot, the level should
be near the MAX mark on the reservoir.
If power steering uid is required, refer to Specications in chapter 8. Do not overll,
and remember to replace the cap tightly and clean up any spilt uid. If the power
steering uid requires constant topping up it could indicate that a fault exists. Contact
your Holden Dealer immediately.
