Ejecting the disc
1. Press the EJECT button

Note If the ejected disc is not removed within 15 seconds, the disc is automatically
inserted again into the disc slot to protect it from dust. The disc will not play
this time around.
Changing the display items
1. To change display items press the DISP button
during playback.
• While playing an audio CD:
Displays the current track number with elapsed playing time.
• While playing an MP3 disc:
Displays the le name, id3 tag or folder name.
2. To scroll on or off the display items press the CD/AUX, SCROLL button
during
playback.
SCRL ON
: Scrolls the information across the display.
SCRL OFF: Only 8 characters will be displayed.
Controlling the playback
1. To go to the next or previous tracks:
Rotate the TUNE, AST button
to select the desired track.
2. To search for a particular point on a track, reverse or forwards:
Press the TUNE, AST button
then release.
Rotate the TUNE, AST button
left or right to select the desired point.
Press the TUNE, AST button
to resume normal play back.
3. To go to the previous or next folders (MP3/WMA):
Press 5 DN or 6 UP repeatedly.
4. To pause playback:
Press the CD/AUX button
during playback.
• “PAUSE” is displayed.
Note The pause function of the CD/AUX button
is disabled when an AUX source
is plugged in.
To resume normal playback, press it again.
Note
• For MP3 discs, you can skip tracks within the same folder.
• If the source is changed, playback also stops (without ejecting the disc).
Next time “CD” is selected for the playback source, disc play resumes from where
it had been previously stopped.
