Jump starting procedure
Note: The battery in both vehicles
must have a negative earth and a
12 volt rating.

1. Position the two vehicles so that
they are NOT touching.
2. Apply the parking brakes.
3. Put automatic transmissions in
position P and manual
transmissions in neutral.
4. Switch off the ignition.
