9. Lift the hinge pins (B) away from
the re taining clips (C).
10. Slide both hinge pins (B)
towards the passenger side of
the vehicle and remove.
11. Carefully lower the tonneau
cover down to its closed
position.
Note: Take care in strong winds.
12. Remove the cover from the
vehicle and store in an uprigh t
position on its hinges to avoid
damage.
13. Remove the gas struts from the
lower ball pins by repeating
Step 7.
Note: Store the gas struts and
hinge pins in a secure location with
the tonneau cover.
Refitting of the hard tonneau:
Two people are required to lift and
fit the tonneau cover onto the
vehicle.
1. Fit the tonneau cover (A) and
secure with the hinge pins (B)
into the retaining clips (C).
Ensure the hinge pins click into
position.
