2. Press SUBTITLE (42)
repeatedly until the desired
subtitle language is selected.
Each press of the SUBTITLE
(42) button will advance the
subtitle number.
The on-screen display will
automatically time out after a
few seconds.
3. Subtitles may be switched off by
pressing SUBTITLE (42)
repeatedly until SUBTITLE OFF
appears on the video screen(s).
Audio language selection
DVDs may contain t he audio in
various languages.
To change the audio language while
a DVD is playing:
1. Press AUDIO (30) on the DVD
remote control.
DTS audio mode is not
supported in this DVD player.
You will not hear any audio
when DTS audio mode is
selected.
2. Press AUDIO (30) repeatedly
until the desired audio language
is selected.
Each press of AUDIO (30) will
advance the audio language
number.
The on-screen display will
automatically time out after a
few seconds.
RSE auxili ary devices
General information
The 3.5 mm AUX audio/video (AV)
input socket is located in the
headrest (Caprice V-Series, see
“Video screen(s)” earlier in this
section) or in the DVD player
controls (17) (Caprice).
It allows you to connect audio and
video from an auxiliary device such
as a camcorder or a video game
unit to the DVD player, just as you
would to a standard television.
3.5 mm type AV cables are needed
to connect the auxiliary device to
the auxiliary input socket.
Refer to the manufacturer’s
instructions for proper connection of
your auxiliary device.
Connecting auxiliary devices
To use the AUX AV input socket on
the DVD player :
1. Connect an external auxiliary
device to the 3.5 mm AUX AV
input socket (17) and switch
both the auxiliary device and the
DVD player power on.
