5 byte consumption value ( unit 0,1Wh):
E.g. 000000FFFF interprets 65,535 * 0.1 * Wh = 6553.5 Wh = 6.5535 kWh
3 byte consumption value ( unit 0,1W):
e.g. 0000FF interprets 255 * 0.1 * W = 25.5 W.
