  If the Homelite Blower engine won't start, check for spark by removing the spark plug, reattaching the cap, and laying it on the metal cylinder. Pull the starter rope and look for a spark at the tip. If there's no spark, try again with a new spark plug. Also, make sure fuel is visible in the primer bulb. If not, the fuel system may be blocked, and you should contact a servicing dealer. If the engine is flooded, remove the spark plug, point the spark plug hole at the ground, move the choke lever to 'RUN,' and pull the starter cord 10 to 15 times. Clean and reinstall the spark plug. Pull the starter three times with the choke lever at 'RUN'. If it doesn't start, move the choke lever to 'CHOKE' and repeat the normal starting procedure. If it still fails, repeat with a new spark plug.
