Honda 2004 CRF250X - Pressure Relief Valve Removal;Installation; Pressure Relief Vavle Inspection

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
REMOVAL/INSPECTION
Drain the engine oil (page 3-17).
Remove the lett crankcase cover (page 11 -4).
Remove the snap ring and relief valve from the left
crankcase cover.
Check the relief valve for damage or clogs.
INSTALLATION
Apply oil to a new O-ring and install it onto the relief
valve.
I nstall the relief valve into the left crankcase cover .
Install the snap ring securely.
I nstall the left crankcase cover (page 11-7).
Fill the engine with the recommended engine oil
(page 3-19),
