REMOVAL
'04 - '06- Remove the two bolts, collars and seat.
After '06' Remove the two bolts and seat.
INSTALLATION
Align the seat hook with the mounting screw on the
fuel tank and the seat prong with the sub-frame tab.
Instal! the seat moun t ing bolts with collars ('04 - '06
only) and tigh ten the bolts to the specified torque .
TORQUE: 26 N'm (2.7 kgf ·m, 20 Ibf.ft )
SIDE COVER
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Lefr side only. Open the air cleaner housing cover.
'04 - '06: Remove the bolts, collars and side cover .
Aher '06: Remove the seat mounti ng bolt, side cover bolt/col-
lar
and side cover.
