Honda 2005 CRF250X - Crankcase Breather; Spark Plug Removal

Install the air cleaner assembly into the air cleaner
housing.
Carefully position the sealing flange of the element
to prevent dirt intrusion .
Align the air cleaner tab with the " D. " mark afthe air
clea ner housing by rotating the air cleaner counter-
clockwise.
Install and tighten the retaining bolt securely.
I NOTICE I
If the air cleaner assembly is not installed correctly ,
di rt and dust may enter the engine resulti ng in wear
of the piston ring and cylinder .
CRANKCASE BREATHER
Remove the breather hose drain plug, then drain
any fluids or dirt from the hose into a proper con-
tainer.
Reinstall the drain plug.
SPARK PLUG
REMOVAL
Rem ove the fuel tank (page 2·7).
Disconnect the direct ignition coil from cylinder
head .
Clean around the Remove the spark plug and inspect it for damage.

Inspect or replace as described in the maintenance
with compressed schedule (page 3-4).
