The automatic climate control
system in your vehicle picks the
proper combination of air
conditioning, heating, and ventilation
to maintain the interior temperature
you select. The system also adjusts
the fan speed and airflow levels.
To activate t he climate cont rol
system, the engine must be running.
The direction of airflow from the
vents in the centre and each corner
of the dashboard is adjustable.
Y ou can adjust the temperat ures of
thedriver’ssideandthepassenger’s
side independently (see page ).
In the A UTO mode, the vehicle’s
interior temperature is
independently regulated for the
driver and passenger.
The driver’s side vent can be opened
and closed with the upper and lower
flaps. To open it, push in the flap as
shown. To close the vent, push the
bottom of either f lap. To adjust the
airflow from the vent, push in t he
f lap to open it, then move the f lap up-
and-down and rotate t he vent.
