Throttle Connection

The Cruise Control Cable attaches to the Bracket. Throttle Lever provided in the adaptor package.

STEP 1 .Remove nut and lock washer from passenger's side ofThrottle Shaft. Install Bracket-

Throttle Lever. Reinstall lock washer and nut, retighten to 7:.10 ft.lbs.

NOTE; B.e,~~feful not.to cross thread the nut when retightening.

STEP 2

Fabricate Bracket-Cable from one of the brackets provided in the basic kit using the

te~plateo~the reverse side ot~his sheet.

STEP 3

Install Bracket-Cable to cam cover and attach Cruise Control Cable with 'Tube"

clilmps;as shown in Figure HOO1. .

STEP 4

Attach.Bead Chain, Eyelet Connector, and Bead Chain Connector Cover, to the

B;racket- Throttle Lever; and install washer and cotter pin as shown in Figure HOO2.
