Honda CRF50F 2005 - Install Clutch Weight;Center Ring; Install Stopper Ring; Install Clutch Springs; Install Drive Plate Assembly

CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE

Install the clutch weight/center ring onto the drive
plate by aligning the ring end with the pl ate hole.
Install the stopper ring by aligning the ring end with
the plate groove.
Install the clutch springs onto the clutch outer holes.
Install the drive plate assembly into the clutch outer
aligning its bosses with the clutch springs.
Install the plain washers and screws.
Tighten the screws in a crisscross
pattern in 2-3
steps.
TORQUE: 5.9 N'm (0.6 kgf·m, 4.3 Ibf.ft)
Install the damper springs as shown.
