Honda CRF50F 2005 - Install Lock Washer B; Install Clutch Lock Nut; Align Lock Nut Groove and Washer Tab; Secure Lock Washer Tab

Install the lock washer B with its " OUT SIDE" mark
facing out.
Install the lock nut.
Hold the clutc h outer with the flyw heel holder and
tighten the lock nut to the specified torque using the
special tools as shown.

lock nut wrench , 20 x 24 mm

TORQUE: 42 N·m 14.3 kgf ·m, 3llbf · ft )
If the lock n ut gr oove does not align with the lock
washer tab, further tighten the lock nut and align.
Bent
up th e tab of t he 14 mm lock washer into t he
groove of the lock nut .
Clean the inside of t he clutch outer and oute r cover
(page 3-12).
Install the bear ing and a new gasket onto the dutch
outer cover.
