Honda CRF50F 2005 - Install Return Spring and Stopper Arm; Install Gearshift Pedal; Tighten Gearshift Pedal Pinch Bolt; Right Crankcase Cover Installation

Install the return sp ring and stopper arm as shown
and tighten the boll to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 13 N·m (1 .3 kgf -m. 9Ibf · ft )
Install
the gearshift pedal so that it is same height as
the footpeg.
Install the pinch bolt and tighten it.
Install the primary driven gear and clutch assembly
(page 9-14)
RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER
INSTALLATION
Install the clutch lifter plate/adjusting bolt into the
right crankcase cover by aligning its pin with the
hole in the crankcase cover.
Coat a new O-ring with engine oil and install it into
the cover groove properly.
Install the washer and lock nut .
