Honda CRF50F 2005 - Remove Damper Springs; Remove Drive Plate Assembly and Clutch Springs; Remove Clutch Weight Stopper Ring; Clutch Lifter Bearing Inspection

Remove the four damper springs .
Remove the four screws and plain washers.
Remove the drive plate assembly and clutch
springs .
Remove the clutch we i ght stopper ring.
Remove the clutch weight/center ring.
INSPECTION
Clutch lifter be aring
Turn the inner race of the litter bearing with your
finger.
The bearing should turn smoothly and freely with -
out excessive play .
Also check that the bearing fits tightly in the clutch
outer cover .
Replace the bearing if necessary.
