Flow calculation interval Interval Time for Flow Rate Calculation.
FlowInterval (>= 0) is the interval time, in seconds, after
which the the flow rate of TOV must be calculated
again.
Flow Interval is checked each time that the tank is cal-
culated ([ProductLevel] is measured).
Not
Flow calculation damping Flow Rate Multiplication Factor.
Damping Factor for Flow Rate Calculation.
To obtain a steady flow rate, a damping factor (0.0 <
FlowMul <= 1.0) is used.
If FlowMul = 1.0, the flow rate is not damped at all, but it
can be very unstable then.

Whenever FlowTOV is calculated, the actual calculated
TOV is compared with TOV at the time of the previous
check, see FlowInterval.
If the difference exceeds the value of FlowTrip, thus
reducing the effect of external in
Note: FlowTOV is only calculated in case of 880 calculation flow.
