Why is the flushing output low on my Honeywell Pressure Washer?
A low flushing output in your Honeywell Pressure Washer can be caused by a polluted filter in the sight glass “OUT” pos. 6 or low nitrogen pressure in the cylinder. To resolve this, clean the sight glass filter (see point 7.4). If the nitrogen pressure is low, fill some nitrogen in the solvent cylinder to raise the pressure to 8 bar. Please consult your solvent supplier.

If your Honeywell Pressure Washer is running but the under-pressure in the distillation chamber is not being reached, it could be due to several reasons. First, check for any leakage in the connections, hoses, nuts, and fittings, or leakage in flushing components and close valves on hoses. If the problem persists, there may be a leakage in the circuit to flush, which needs repair. Also, ensure the outlet valve (pos. 5) on the distillation chamber is closed. If the electromagnetic valve on the outlet oil separator is defective, contact a service center.
What to do if the LP manometer pressure is low but there's still liquid in my Honeywell EkoFlush-K572?
If the pressure on the LP manometer of your Honeywell Pressure Washer is lower than minus 0.5 bar, but there is still liquid SOLSTICE® PF-C in the flushed circuit, it means the circuit is clogged. To fix this, close the valves on the hoses at the flushing unit (on the hoses interconnecting flushing unit and circuit to flush – see Picture 5) and disconnect them, then reconnect them reversed (IN / OUT). Open the valves on the hoses. To recover SOLSTICE® PF-C from the circuit, press MAN. PURGE (PB4). By first pressing of PB4 the nitrogen is filling (20s), by second pressing the recovery is starting (compressor). Wait for about 10 minutes. Switch off the compressor by pressing PB5. If an under-pressure is not reached, repeat the procedure.
