Figure Step Description
4 Unscrew and remove the screws (1)
and nuts (2) of the diaphragm hous-
ing cover.
5 Lift off the diaphragm housing cover.
*Version up to 300 mbar

*) Unscrew the nut (1) and take out
the following parts:
 Washer (2)
 Centering cap (3)
 Spring plate (4)
**Version up to 1000 mbar

**) Take out the following parts:
 Spring mandrel (1)
 Axial needle roller bearing (2)
Unscrew the nut (1) and take out the
following parts:
 Washer (2)
 Centering cap (3)
 Support disc (4)
