  If your Honeywell Portable air conditioner isn't starting, there could be several reasons. First, make sure it's getting power by checking the power cord is properly plugged in and check for power. If the power cord is properly plugged in, remove and reconnect the power cord. Also, if you are in USA / Canada / Mexico, the safety LCDI plug might have tripped, in that case, reset the safety LCDI plug. Finally, the batteries in the remote control may need replacing, so change remote control batteries.
