Relay Card Mounting:
1. Unlock and open Panel Front & Middle Door.
2. Remove power from the panel remembering that there may be more than one source of
power.
3. Fit the supplied standoffs to the CHS-3L and fix Relay card metal mounting plate on it
using supplied 2 No.’s screws as shown in figure.
4. Fit the Relay Card on metal mounting plate as shown in figure using supplied 3 no.’s
screw and 1 support in between Relay Card & Metal Mounting Plate.
5. Connect required Cable Harnesses & Complete the pre power up checks.
Power up the Panel after locking panel middle and front door.

DA Card Mounting:
1. Unlock and open Panel Front & Middle Door.
2. Remove power from the panel remembering that there may be more than one source of
power.
3. Fit the supplied standoffs to the CHS style mounting plate.
4. Mount the DA-60 as shown in Figure and use the supplied screws to fasten it to the CHS-
3L mounting plate.
5. Connect required Cable Harnesses & Complete the pre power up checks.
6. Power up the Panel after locking panel middle and front door.
