Using stair/upholstery nozzle

PEDAL
Unlatch back part of recovery tank lid and remove lid.
Step on handle release pedal and lower carpet cleaning
machine handle until it rests on the floor.
Remove recovery tank front panel by sliding it straight up.

Replace panel with hose connector. Slide connector down
until it snaps firmly in place.
SOLUTION
TUBE
Press connector collar down firmly to ensure that it is fully
connected.
Open door on hood labeled “Stair/upholstery cleaning
connection”. Press round solution tube connector onto round
projection inside door.
Before connecting tube to cleaner, make sure black tabs
are extended by pulling tan collar toward tube.
TABS
The tank lid replaces in a hinge-like manner. Position front of
lid under tabs on front of tank. Rotate lid down onto tank.
Make sure lid is secure on all sides before cleaning.
Raise carpet cleaning machine handle to upright position.
Reverse procedure to remove hose and solution tube.
Follow the instructions on page 11 for the appropriate cleaning
task.
Make sure lower recovery tank lid is properly positioned.
How to attach bare floor cleaning tool
Replace recovery tank front panel. Slide panel down until it
snaps firmly into place.
Drain solution tube by placing round end in sink, and raising
nozzle and all tubing above your head. Squeeze the trigger.

Drain suction hose by turning carpet cleaning machine on and
holding nozzle up for several minutes. Do not squeeze trigger.
Follow the instructions for “After cleaning” on page 8.
Disconnect carpet cleaning machine from electrical outlet.
Disconnect hose and solution tube from carpet cleaning
