    If your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner won't run, first ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the wall outlet. Then, check the fuse or breaker in your home and replace the fuse or reset the breaker if needed. If the power light is flashing, unplug the unit and remove any debris from the brushroll. Also, the thermal protector might have activated; if the power light is flashing, turn off and disconnect the cleaner, let it cool for 30 minutes, and try again.
